After booking Regina for your church or event, we want to make sure all the details are handled to the best of our ability; so, below is a checklist of some things that will be a blessing if available and suitable for your church.

1. Regina will arrive approximately 2 1/2  hours before the engagement, she will need adequate directions and at least one set of “strong arms” to assist in getting the sound equipment inside and set up.  Please have at least one woman present, so it will be a comfortable situation for her or whoever might meet with her.  We feel this is using wisdom for both the church and Regina’s ministry.  She will also need help at the end of the evening, tearing down the equipment and loading it back into her vehicle

 2. A six-foot table placed in the foyer or area where the ministry product will be be displayed. If the church only has eight-foot tables, that will be fine also, but please no card tables.

 3. Regina will need a volunteer, whoever can follow instructions and has some knowledge of CD players/sound equipment to run her sound.  It is not difficult by any means, but she will need someone there at least 45  minutes prior to the engagement to go over the details for the day/evening of ministry.

4. For Sunday morning services, Saturday night’s lodging is so appreciated.  If she is there on a Sunday night or other evenings, lodging would be appreciated for the night of the concert unless otherwise notified.

5. Platform area prepared for concert; pulpit moved if possible, chairs, etc.  For speaking engagements, that can be discussed at the time of arrival, excluding Sunday morning services when the pulpit always stays on platform.

6. A love-offering will be received at the end of the engagement unless previous arrangements have been made with the ministry office and your church.

7. Please have the church checks signed by your treasurer prior to Regina’s arrival.  She will need the honorarium/love offering to be presented before she leaves your city.  Please make the checks for honorariums/set fees, or travel expenses separate from the love offering check.
